I am seeking some help...

There is an achievement that Clarkson and myself are trying to get.

King of the Hill
Win your first Driver Duel Championship crown

To get this achievement you need to win a series of online head to head duels, the problem is, it is done in a public race, and it appears people will do anything to win.

I beleive if we had about 4 to 5 of us, we should be able to scam this achievement. So if you would like to help us, and of corse in turn we help you. Drop in to our XBL party tonight. Also as usual we will be runnig some laps on the mountain.

Well I have to say, I have been racing "sim" type racing games for quite a few years, and tonight I did the hardest race ever.

5 laps around nurbergring at night, with no braking line for the last 3 laps. I had the AC cranked up, and I was still sweeting. If it is one thing you do before shelving Shift 2, I recommend this enduro.

Dazza, Didn't know you could turn the brake line off mid race. Is this one of those bugs or something.

It's definitely a bug - normally flashes on and off for a while before fritzing completely....

Yep, just done it then,

It is the Endurance of Champions, Event 2. You will need to unlock it by getting a podium on 3 of the Endurance races first. My time for 5 laps at night was 35:05.391, managed to be on the top of regional leaderboard. I am guessing not many people have done it yet, at least no one on my friends list has yet.

Event 1 is 5 laps in the day time, I can not remember the time I got, and the time was invalid, because I hit a wall on lap 1. Sad

How are you guys finding the AI in this? On medium once I've learned the trracks I can beat the ai most of the time, Buit on Hard I struggle to get a podium so for me it's perfect.

iWolf, Shift 2 is what it is...

a NFS title, and along with that is an arcade racer, not a sim. In saying that it is the best NFS title I have played to date, and I have played most of them. The best as far as a racer and as close to a sim as NFS has ever been, I did like NFS Undercover mainly for the story line.

If you are after a filler, then I would recommend it. I see they are about to release a drag racing dlc, so that would be worth a look too.

I played NFS Underground2 and most wanted on the PC. Good fun at the time.
Maybe we should have asked T10 to give us neons in FM4, lol.
If I see a good buy for Shift 2 I might get it, just to have a drive around Bathurst.
