Seriously old consoles only gaaaaayyyy but ill get it anyway lol. Yes I've been wanting a new V8 supercar game for a long time

meh...360 is in the kids toy room now.... not wasting my money on anymore games for it

You could of traded in your old 360 in and got a XB1 when EB had there special on a couple weeks ago with trade ins ect, you would of had to put a little towards the new XB1 but not heaps(pending how many games controllers accessories with the console you traded, minimum 10 items gave you extra trade in dollars as well, think it was 30% extra) and got FM5 and Titanfall free with it as downloads.

So no Grid, and am a little worried codemasters might bring F1 out only on the 360 for xbox?

This is where ill separate from you guys as I don't play ky Xbox 360 anymore and ill most likely get this for PS3

Looks really good. Makes me wonder what the 360 version will look like. Grid 2 on the PC looked heaps better.

Wow, That's a surprise   Hopefully the game doesn't feel rubbish. V8 Utes here we come

There are five disciplines of racing. Touring is only one of them. There are another 4 with different cars. It's my belief that this is only about 1/5 of them. 16 cars to a grid is going to rock. And on the 360 too, that's impressive. It will not take the place of forza 4 but it could be a nice arcade distraction.

I'll be interested to see if theres any F1 DNA involved here, like Qualifying in a MP session and such.

Envy, looks like you're getting your wish. It's called custom Cup and you can race anything on any track with any option enabled. And I read somewhere that it will have qualifying. You just need to have the car in your garage. Here's the info.

I'm excited for this title. It'll keep me going until PCARS comes around in Nov... which is the most beautiful racer I have ever seen, and I have an OK Computer with an old GFX card with the options turned down. I'm still getting a constant 60fps with a grid of 20 cars or so.

Its out. And I have it. Let me know if you need to know anything at all regarding this title.

be interested in know'n how the version rate with ur GT2 wheel Envy, lookn to play something until PCars comes out. haven't played any of the grid franchises, didn't like shift2 when that came out.

PS: whats the AI like, probably won't play multiply online

FFB is terribad. Like really bad. As in holy shit how were they allowed to release it in this state bad. Its pure simcade as well in terms of physics. More simcade than Forza but its not like they were aiming for a sim anyway, so thats ok.

That said, the visuals are really really nice, i've got it maxed out AND have V-sync on with no issues which is pretty cool. The racing actually feels like proper racing against AI rather than overtaking simulator 2014 in FM5 and GT6. Helped a lot by the fact you can qualify up the front and actually have a good time racing against AI that doesn't tend to run into you all the time.

Will post more impressions soon.

Tempted to get this as a time killer over uni holidays for a decent single player career mode racing game.
