dont mean to be a ass, but without proof don't think it should be aloud, also how do we know you set damage on or had the correct aids off. not saying you would have done anything dodgy, but don't think anyones times should be counted unless you run with a mod.
Its a clean lap so damage doesn't mean anything. I made the time
Long before anyone else qualified, and if I used any extra aids
I'd have blown 2:08 and a half away. I let mod know before but
No one got back to me. If my times points or qualifying suffer for that then
I might aswell not waste my tuesday nights

see thats not correct damage is a huge thing on this track even if one of your laps was clean. if you had damage off then u could push each lap with no harm of stuffing up your car if you hit a wall. tuesday night i'm sure there were a few ppl being very careful as if you crashed into a wall you would lose a huge part of your 20 mins crawling back to the pits.
i was down 1 sec from my best practice times because there was no point risking it. sure a few others were down on the practice times.
plus then there is the question of how do we know how many times you qualified.
You most likely had car damage on and only ran 1 quick session, but without running it with a mod how does anyone truly know?
end of the day not my call

This was being looked at, as bacon had notified a mod with his time before qualifying had begun for the round then his time is accepted - He will start at the back of the grid in his room for the second race as only one time was submitted.
However it is a one off and he wont be able to do it again. He tried to get hold of a mod to do a time before tuesday night but no mods were online, in future - as a note to everyone - we will require people who cant qualify on Tuesday to get in earlier so so times can be submitted correctly.
Times are currently being sorted

Bacon's time will stand for the first race but he will start from the back of whatever lobby he is in for race 2 as Q1 is for the race 1 grid and Q2 is for the race 2 grid with your best time determining your lobby
I PM'd bacon telling him what to do as i couldn't get on to run a session but it seems he only ran one session. Times will stand for this round only
In the future if you need to qualify early make sure you organise it with a mod beforehand, preferably at least a day beforehand

Re: OZFM V8 Series X Round 4 [30th September -7th October] Bathurst
I didn't actually realise the two qualifying sessions were for individual race grids. I thought the 2nd sesh was just another chance at improving your first time. I obviously haven't paid enough attention. I'll have to adjust my tables for some extra pole positions then.
I have to say though that you mods that give up your time for others to qualify outside of official times are pretty generous. You're already giving so much of your time but it obviously does help ensure more people are racing in the right lobby.

Just had a look at my clips because I did the same and strangely I can still watch the first one but not the second. Sorry.

I might struggle to make tonight guys. If I'm not on around 9pm, please don't wait for me. Might get there for the last two races maybe.

I wasn't sure on the ruling around doing quali outside of the nominated day/time and saw a lively discussion with Bacon re his time so I didn't worry. TBH, if we can't make the designated time for quali, then too bad, we start at rear. I'm cool with that. I just couldn't make last Tues night due to a family commitment.

Yeah there's no problem in that, only reason is that danno will start ahed is that he did do the second qualy but his time is lost so it seemed like the fairest option to me, but dont stress!!
A reminder to everyone that you can organise to qualify earlier with myself, dektra, no recoil or any admin (blue) or mod (red) however it must be organised in advance. We may be able to do last minute qualifying but don't bet on it
