OZFM V8 Series X Round 2 [2nd-9th September] Nurburgring GP

Qualifying Format [19/8/14]:

08:30pm: Lobby Opens
09:00pm: V8 Series 10 - Q1 (20 minutes) (Race 1)
09:30pm: V8 Series 10 - Q2 (20 minutes) (Race 2)
10:00pm: Support Series Events

Lobby positions will be based upon fastest time across both qualifying sessions, with times then ordered for each race based on times for those people in a specific lobby.
This means that if you bum out on Qualifying for race 1, you can still make the top room in the second Qualifying session, albeit likely starting at the back of the grid for race one.

Race Format [26/8/14]:

08:30pm: Lobby Opens
09:00pm: V8 Series 10 - R1 (10 Laps, +1 Formation, Results of Qualifying 1)
09:30pm: V8 Series 10 - R2 (10 Laps, +1 Formation, Results of Qualifying 2)
10:00pm: V8 Series 10 - R3 (10 Laps, +1 Formation, Reverse Results Race 2)

All times displayed are Eastern Seaboard Times.

Being a Short Format Round, There will be no safety cars.


- Penalties may be handed down for those who exhibit unsportsmanlike behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive contact, verbal abuse, written abuse, excessive blocking, brake checking, corner cutting etc.
- If you feel that there may have been an incident that warrants review, please contact a series organiser, admin, moderator or race director with your concerns. Evidence of misconduct is required. 
- There will be no mandatory pit stops.

The Cars

The OZFM V8's will feature the stock V8 Supercars plus added Race Brakes and Race Driveline. Drivers can tune their cars as much or as little as they wish.

Yeah peeps should be aware that you can qualify early if you won't be able to make the Tuesday sessions, but you cannot qualify after the Tuesday night's running

Before the rooms start the support series could we join lobbies together at 10:00-10:10?

When V8 qualifying has finished any one who want to do the Ruffs should join my room - it will be a simple 2 x 10 lap random gird affair

I wont make the race next tuesday but shall I still join the qualifying this evening?
