Ya could upload to sound cloud or something and then post the link to it. Not sure on the legalities though.

but, on reading, it looks like it is more for uploading your own music (hence my comment about legalities).
There are probably other similar sites.
Another common method is to use some movie making software to turn it into a movie and upload to youtube. Windows has MovieMaker built in I think. You could put in a bunch of still shots from Forza3...
