As announced on March 5, Porsche is returning to Forza Motorsport on May 22. The Porsche Expansion Pack for Forza Motorsport 4 is more than just a DLC pack, it’s a rich gameplay enhancing experience based around one of the most heralded automotive brands in the world.
The Porsche Expansion Pack includes 30 incredible Porsches to add to your garage, race, collect, and customize as well as 20 new Porsche-themed career events. These events are all Porsche-centric and provide new track competitions aimed at giving Porsche lovers a multitude of new ways to appreciate their cars and Forza 4. Furthermore, expect to see Porsche models in the AI field in career events and integrated into the Forza 4 level reward structure.
The Porsche Expansion Pack for Forza Motorsport 4 will also include new Xbox LIVE Achievements (for a total of 250 Gamerscore points) all centered around Porsche. So, if you thought you had done everything in the game, think again, the Porsche Expansion Pack gives you more to appreciate, accomplish and acquire.

Re: Unveiling Porsche
Interested to see if we get any sample cars for this pack. $32 is still a bit much when things are tight and the rest of the world only pays $20... Bloody Australia Tax. I may have just enough points but I will wait till after release.
As for Friday nights Crimson and I are still keen on getting something up and going. Most likely the S700 OZFM-GT series. And yes, Porsche will be allowed as long as they fit the specs.

I'm buying the whole thing... I like too many of them to justify doing it individually.

Re: Unveiling Porsche
Hey guys, I am excited as hell for this pack and whilst I certainly understand that its some money to pay for something we all had in the previous game, I believe is worth every penny. We all know what was the reason for the Porsche not to be in the game in the first place and I think Turn 10 must have had to put some effort into getting us this cars in the end and its only fare that we support them like they support us by giving us what we all wanted.
I do hope that they will give us a good track to race on along the way tho. On that note, do any of you guys know what happened to the New York track from FM3?

We know jack about the situation. For all we know Turn ten made a marketing decision not to spring for the licence and blame big bad EA at the time the game was made in order to hold off on it until later where they can sting us again a few months after release. You can't tell me all the DLC cars were "freshly made" after game release.

Re: Unveiling Porsche
I am not sure what the problem is about paying for extra content. It must be because I don't really spend a lot on games, and to buy Forza and all the add ons, I think it will still be cheaper than buying a game that releases a whole new version every year.
How much would we pay for Forza 5 if it was to be realesed this year in October... $100 for LCE?
I am sure they would have the whole car list mapped out well before the release, that is planning and marketing.
I will buy the packs as they come out, just as I have done for the previous versions.
If you dont want to spend the money then dont, no one is making it mandatory. Forza 4 was released we all bought it. I wonder how many of us would have paid $100 for Forza 5 LCE if they held all the extra content and released it all in Forza 5 this year. I know I would have, it is a great game.
My 2 cents
