Hi All New Member Here
Hi All,
Just wanted to drop in and say hello, I have recently started playing Forza 3 after playing forza 2 for some time. I am looking for some regular competetive racing with other drivers based in OZ, I would like to know where is the best place to get started so if you could point me in the right direction that would be great. I am wanting to do some enduro races and am looking for some people to partner with to setup the competition and share ideas.
Here is a link to a website that I setup with a few freinds however due to family comitments and my friends lacking comitment we never really got started with it. Would like to hear from anyone that is interested in discussing workign with me.

Re: Hi All New Member Here
Hi GSTQ as a relatively new member here I can say they are a good bunch to race with.
Have a look in the Race Events area for info on past, and upcoming events, a few weeks into the new year. Should give you a good idea if this is the type racing you are after.

welcome to OZFM,
the forum here been running for about 5mth and there about 25 or so active guys, who are more than willing to help out in tuning, painting, racing, flaming..yeh you do need to have a thick skin around here. but in all seriousness they are a great bunch, we like to give a bit a stick every now and then. most of all, we like a good competitive clean race.
look fwd to seeing you around the forum and on the track
cheers RU

Hi Bud
Youve found the right place, that for sure!
Throw out some FR's to us and we will get you going mate.
Early in the year so some guys are still away on holidays etc, we are mostly in the older gamer category (ie experienced with commodore 64's and atari 2600's) but a good blend of youth and experience amongst us.
Good to have another member, rule No1 = no winning hahhaa

ahh Teeroy, that joke just keeps getting funnier. ;-)
Welcome to the group GSTQ. I am definitely up for some longer races at some stage. I enjoy the extra challenge and the pit stops (so I can get a drink).
I'm hoping to organise some small car races soon (around twisty tracks). Will post it in the events section once I've ironed out the details.

If you have had a look at my website then I am looking to arrnage something similar for some enduro races 150k to 200k races in D class cars. Was thinking using standard cars no tuning maybe even a series event using the same vehicles so its all about driving skills, open to thoughts on this and help running the competition.

150-200k D class. That would take a while.
Another possibility is tuned, but all with the same tune/setup. We used to do that back in FM2. That way the cars are semi decent, but everyone is on a level playing field. Not sure how to enforce that? Can you force a stock tune, but with upgrades allowed?

i am not sure if there is an option for this in the game setup. But we could always get someone to make a tune that has the upgrades in it, adjust the smallest thing so there is no difference at all, and then everyone buy that tune so its even. could work.
