Hi - new member
Hi everyone, saw this forum mentioned on GameFAQs and thought I'd check it out - it looks good!
I'm keen for some racing, how do I signup/register for the events?
I usually race without assists but aren't sure if i'd be quick enough for the pro category - can anyone post some lap times so I can see which category would be best?
Cheers Justin (Groplex)

Hi Groplex, welcome
Registering for events in generally done via the main thread, saying that I will be starting an open A class run for Thursday nights starting this week as well
As for some Lap times the pro-room ran on Sedona Club 1:05 -1:07's, and 2:10 -2:12's Sedona Full, the V8's have upgrades available but no Engine Mods, PI 728 & 729
What part of this great country are U from, I hope Adelaide, I need some more hometown alliances!!lol

Re: Hi - new member
Sorry, I have bad news - I'm from VIC (Geelong) - but don't worry, unlike most people here, I've got nothing against crow eaters!
Thanks for the times, I'll have a go tonight and see how slow I am... look forward to seeing ebryone on the track.

Re: Hi - new member
Thanks for the welcome everyone, I'll keep an eye out for people online.
Mitch - if your happy to sell me some tunes and happy to buy them - I can race ok but I don't know a thing about cars, got no idea how to make them better.
I'm online most nights as well so I'll see you out there

Re: Hi - new member
the majority of my cars are free atm!!!
was never the best tuner on FM2 because the tuning was so unrealistic, but now that its more understandable, and less reliable on aero, well shit, im in the top 20 on dozens of circuits!! And not having the big name, well I gotta get IRE up there somehow, so cheap cheap cheap tunes should make for a good start!!
ive sent an FR

Welcome Groplex, you will find a friendly community here.
I reckon I may have to try a couple of your tunes Mitch, though I still reckon tunes can only do so much and they are limited by the drivers skill factor. Will be interesting to see if I can improve my times with them, if not then my skill factor (as I suspect) will be at fault.

Re: Hi - new member
no prob arck.
im always looking for a challange as far as building cars, so if you want a specific car built/tuned, (eg: B-class Pontiac G8) let me know and it gives me something to work on........
I tend to get bored with some cars that I build because whilst they may be great cars, they arnt really that interesting to drive......not implying that an interesting car is one with 1000hp that will leave a set of blackies on the entire back straight of LeMans....lol.
eg: Hondas, the high revving V-Tec engines sound mint and the chassis are interesting (and brilliant!!), tightly built and fun to drive......compared to say a (for me anyway) Nissan: apart from the fact every non drifter will put any Nissan on an AWD platform (just so stereotypical) and they tend to all drive the same (in a boring way, never feels extreme like a Honda)....and the engines arnt really that flexable.
So hit me up for any car, ill make someting out of it!!
