The wheel doesnt seem to have shifter paddles , is that
the differance between GT2 & Porsche S.
And the JB add does say on line sale only.

Paddles, though not pronounced, and no its not online only, i've checked in store, its 499 for the wheel, shifter set and the peddles.

The shifter is included, and they most likely will deal. They always do.

Most likely all over.

Look closer at the wheel. They're not pronounced like racing paddles, but they're there.

You're asking if there are paddles, i said they're not as pronounced as, say, the CSR or G27 paddles, but as buttons at your fingertips obviously designed to be used as a gearshift, they're effectively paddles, and considering the wide variety of styles available on cars these days, to call those buttons paddles is not a stretch of the imagination.

Sorry if my understanding of paddles doesn't match up to yours, but to me, they work as per intention. I don't know why you're taking issue (whats with the whole Envy thing? You think i chose that GT?).

I'm not sure about the Turbo S wheel, but with the GT2 the wheel comes with paddles that screw onto those buttons...

Totally off topic, but to show how old I am, I remember the only place in Australia (lived interstate from Gamesmen) that I could buy Ultima 4 (think it was 4) for the Sega Master System was the Gamesmen (talking aprox 25 yrs ago).

I still say the sega master system version was superior to the PC version.

mcrow, try without the the bigger paddles first.
I've taken the paddles off my GT2 wheel and only using the big buttons as you have on your wheel, as are a couple of other guys here. If you hold the wheel in the 10 to 3 position your fingers fall directly on the buttons anyway, works fine.

hey rinkly, did you get the gt2 or the turbo S?

I just got the turbo S from jb hifi last week, and it comes with like half size paddles. and it has all the settings of the GT2 except the turbo S only has drift setting up to 3, where as the GT2 has up to 5.
