Where did you pre-order Forza 4?

With each store offering a different bonus car, I thought it would be interesting to see where everyone placed their pre-orders.

I went for the cheapest since none of the cars were that amazing.

for me it didn't have anything to do with the store bonus..

EB games will match any advertised special, even a pre-order and they will accept returns within 7 days, if you don't like the game no questions asked.

so, I get my 1 or 2 games a year form them...

I went to EB Games, i usually get all my games from them. It also helps when u can trade in old games u dont play anymore.

I wen tto eb for mine.. As RU said they will match prices if they change.. Plus i got BF3 and Fifa12 preorders so they did good deals on my tradin games..

i know the alfa is getting a slagging but i'm going EB. only ever liked the original WRX.

Just with regards to EB Games price matching. Do you get them to price match the best pre-order price now, or just wait til release date and mention the cheapest price then?

The more i look...the more i want to pre-order the LCE...but im saving up for my PC...however im unlikely to get that until next year...so do i count on getting cash for chrissy, splurge now on AC:AH and FM4 (both LCE's)...or just get the standard one later on...

edit: Pre-ordered at JB, i'm a sucker for BMW's.

I notice the FM4 Collectors Edition is now listed for $108 on EB Games website.

Nah, the pre-order cost won't matter. Unless you paid for it outright at pre-order time (a bad idea imo) and even if you did, you could ask them to price match when you go to pick your copy up.

Just do a price check with the other retailers like Game and JB before you go in to pick up your copy at EB. Ask EB what they're charging and if its dearer tell them the competitor prices. They have to price match or sales will walk out the door.
That way you get the game from EB for the best shop price going around.

Truth is they'll know who's got it in stock and what they're selling it for and just wait for you to ask for the deal. Sucks, but thats the way it seems to work with them.

So, $108 is an improvement, I pre-ordered at EB for $128.

Cheers dude i was going to pay of my preorder next week but i might wait. will this apply even if for my deposit i traded in games for it and not paid any cash?
