Big news fellas: 6 and 4 cylinder turbo motors confirmed eligible for the 2017 season....the amount of speculation over the next 2 years will be interesting....whats everyones thoughts?!

Well, it cant be the "V8 Supercars" if the cars arent powered by V8s any more....
Provided they keep the formula of more horsepower than tyre, I think it still has potential.

What's your source on this?

V8 Supercars released the info themselves

It's still going to be basically the same. Same internals, the only differences is that V6T and I4T engines will be allowed and 2 door body styles will be allowed.

Hopefully they revert back to ATCC

Yeah thats where I read it after hearing it on the arvo news.

Most claim its just Group A......couldnt disagree more....there will only be one class of car not several like several decades ago....and not production car based either..
