Need new wheel by Tuesday

yup RU's dodgy MS wheel that replaced my dodgy MS wheel last V8 series has packed it in.

its going left to right constantly which is cool if you like making weird patterns on the tarmac using your tire marks but not cool if you have an upcoming V8 series to race in.

PLEASE HELP!
where can i get a new wheel from asap you WA blokes?? or other ideas on best price for mid range cost wheel

this is your only real chance at the moment but wouldn't expect it by Tuesday unless you rang a store and asked if they had stock or if one of their other stores did.

Turbo S / Club sports.

I do have my old Logitech Drive FX, no force feedback (axial feedback, think vibration), used it for the first 2, 3 years of Forza, yours if you want it no charge, until you can source yourself something better.

i got my turbo s from jb but it was $499
but i cant recommend it enough teeroy just depends if you have the coin
if you want to try it before making a decision let me know and you can come over and give it a go

Definitely call around your local JB shops. They are still around some (dunno about WA though) as I saw a few of them when I was just in Sydney (the one in World Square Shopping Centre in the city).

if your a tight arse because of chrissy JB have the mad catz wheel for 150bucks .....might help until you can source a better one in the new year

I saw the madcatz wheel and a few thrustmaster wheels at several EB games stores so check that out if you have time. They might have that 458 wheel, which looks nice. That mad catz was $130, so you would save $20.

hmmmm, so does that Porrsche one have a gear stick or just padddles? was hoping to get a gear stick patten shift or sequential gear changer?

will see if i can swing it so the Mrs doesnt spend the money first(insert mission impossible music here)

i did check the pagnian site but wont get til following week or so, bugger.

The Turbo S from JB only comes with the wheel and the pedals. The wheel itself has paddle shifters. As for the shifter set, i dunno, Pagnian don't seem to have any in stock and don't know when they will.

I'm looking at getting rellies in Germany to pick a set up for what, 24 Euro and then bring it over when they come over next year.

I might be mistaken, but didn't you kill your last wheel right before the V8 Series V.

before the second last round of last series i think, needed it to get a top 10 spot overall, i got RUs wheel and just got it sorted in time.

Feral, i tried jb's in midland, malaga and rang perth store no joy.

well, ferals Mrs sold his other wheel so i found out, so let down there haha

so i sent my Mrs out to get me a wheel after calling 8 stores looking for a whell of any description here in WA, nothing avail.
Wifey calls me and says i got a Mad Catz wheel for you, awesome i say..followed by i need to use it tonihgt to get ready for tomoz night, she laughs and says shes taking it back, haha
i laugh and say bring it with you when you come home or dont come home.

so im not really sure what the outcome is but hopefully i have a Mad Catz wheel to test tonight hahhaa
