Tuesday Nights Series - Whats next?
Now there has been quite a few ideas floating around for our next Tuesday night series. The OSCC has one last "Event" next Tuesday.
What's next guys? Just a hint, but I need to get my rid of my sea legs.
Post up some options and links to your ideas thread, maybe we could throw it up to a vote.

Reapr, is there a chance you could throw up a new thread outlining, dont need all the details just the concept and link it here. That way others can have a look at the idea and throw in some thoughts around what we are going to do Tuesday week.
At a guess we have the 4 makes built to R spec?

Surfers super saloons, these were very close to the COTF.

This one looks pretty good though
I've always thought the superstars series was pretty cool
Jabba oz wrote:I'd be interested in this depending on when the series starts. I'm committed to the OSCC series and don't want anything to clash.
surferofthemind wrote:Right now this stand alone series it is pencilled in for a Friday Night series as it is the only series I can commit to due to work. As for the CoTF series you will need to contact those involved with that series.
Unsure when it would start (if it does) but the main focus at the moment is to even the field without going overboard on power or sacrificing the handling they currently have.
Original Reapr wrote:hi, i have already made up every car on that list (except e63 merc instead of c63) and some more for a car of the future series. all cars are up in the club garage they are all s680 to s700 all full race drivelines n aero etc, all matched in performance and all 600hp or more.. dont know if you saw these before you posted this info up but we started making these early last week, on about the 10th oct. I was going to post up details over the weekend but got caught up with moving house etc.... I will post up some details n organise some practice runs shortly, but initial feedback from recoil, clarkson, stik, ssempr, stonedkiwi, Mr ggggg etc is good!
Just picked out some quotes from the SuperSaloon Series.
This is just an idea and Both Reapr and Surfer may need to work on this together...
How about we run the CotF on Tuesday nights, and the Supersaloons on Friday nights. The CotF cars could meet the specs of the Supersaloons or vice versa, however be limited to the 4 manufacturers. This way those that mainly race on Tuesday nights, could also race the CotF cars on the Friday night series, mixed with the extra cars permited in the Supersaloons series.
This would also limit the amount of testing and practice required to run in 2 series in the week.
Just a thought guys, and I have no idea on the equality of the different cars, but I think it may be worth looking at.

Off the top of my head there is a Mercedes E Class, HSV GTS, BMW M5 F10, Maserati Quattroporte, Chrysler 300 SRT8, Nissan GTR (Yes it's a 2 door but it's the only Nissan that fits and is even to the rest of the cars), Audi (RS4 or RS5 Still working on what will work the best) Pi is from about S675 to S699.Dazza4610 wrote:Reapr, is there a chance you could throw up a new thread outlining, dont need all the details just the concept and link it here. We could run some of my one make series cars until we get a series sorted out for Tuesdays
+1 to that Dazz COTF Tuesdays and Supersaloons on Fridays. The builds are a bit different but both will be good to race.

Re: Tuesday Nights Series - Whats next?
Clarko, how far from ready is the one make series? Is there an ideas thread on them? Please link it. I like the idea as a filler.
I know with Forza Horizon taking up some of my time over the next few weeks. A simple series could be just what we need. By simple I mean not difficult to set up for, not a series for simple people run by simple people.

Re: Tuesday Nights Series - Whats next?
anything that is a "get this car off the storefront and drive it right now" will be best suited whilst people go Horizon driving imo.
No tuning required.
bit like my old series setup, just get in and drive, gets my vote.

Re: Tuesday Nights Series - Whats next?
Lot of great ideas guys... what we need is a series that is ready to go in a couple of weeks.
So put pen to paper (keyboard to screen?) and post links to the ideas thread you create.
Clarkson, choose one of the mini series to run in the mean time (SX4s maybe). Lets run them for 3 weeks to give the other guys some time to setup.
Where is the Race Coordinator... last seen blazing up a highway in Colorado with Alice Heart I bet. lol
