That looks very similar to the Thrustmaster F458 wheel Pagnian Imports have listed on their site for $139. I saw it there a while back.
Maybe this is a new model, otherwise not sure why they're referring to relase on August 15.

it looks the same as the f458 wheel but with new pedals but i dont thing it will stop me from buying a csr wheel this month
