Re: VVV Tuning Videos
Some of us need the basics, and the reason I posted them.
Maybe you could make a video on how to check the caster and make sure it is adjusted correctly. I can capture some footage of the telemetry if you like.
Most of the time I just use the Forza Tune app on my phone to get the basic tune, but it is the fine tuning that gains tenths. Oh and the abilty to drive.

Hey Dazza what is the Tuning App called? I seem to only see an app for Forza 3.
And can you change the pressure from bar to PSI in the game?

1. Adjust the Camber settings so the tire temp is "even" during corners on the load tyre for the track your driving on.
2. Now while on a straight while at speed, lock up the breaks with the telemetry screen on "tyre temps" - watch the inner/mid/outer of the front tyres - Watching the load tyre..... (On Catalynya its the left hand front)
If the inner is turning Red first whilst your locked up you need more caster
If the outer is turning Red first whilst your locked up you need less caster
But it dose come down to feel and preference - More will give you a better feeling of turn it, but it will effect breaking. The aim is to try and get the front tyres even whilst breaking, but stay even when turning

Speaking of a real screen ... My iPad 3 should arrive soon

And here's the Vid on how to get it going.
Make sure you have both the Analysis Toolpak enabled or it wont work. There was 2 that i had to enable in 97-03 Excel
Excel 97-2003: Tools>add-ins>enable analysis toolpak
Excel 2007: office button>excel options>add-ins>manage: excel add-ins GO> check analysis toolpak>press OK.
Excel 2010: File>options>add-ins>manage: excel add-ins GO> check analysis toolpak>press OK.
