Custom Decals Empty Custom Decals

I see a few of you guys displaying pics in forza4 and the decals arent in the decal sets lol. Where are you finiding them?

Like the coopers decal and all the other custom ones. Are people using the standard shapes to create these?

You will find most people are creating there decals ( Vinyl Groups ) with the shapes thaa are avalible in the game..
