Figured out how to do this in the demo. On the gt2, its the L button on the far lift on the wheel.
On the controller its clicking the analog steering stick above the d pad. I'm remapping these as soon as I

wierd. I wonder why they have different buttons for different wheels? Wouldn't you assume the buttons would be consistant in the demo

the telemetry in the fm4 demo looks unfinished and untidy, I wonder if it will stay lik that for the full game
