Sad Panda Productions in association with H Patten Racing presents

on 3 tracks over 3 weeks

Run: Tuesday nights from 3rd to 17th December, Start Time 9:00 AEDS (approx)

Cars:
Note:week 1 & 2 (60's & 80's) H patten Shifters are required, not mandatory but preferred to keep the realism close.

Week 1: 60"s Sportscars

  • 64' Aston Martin DB5 Vantage, ( A Class 522)
  • 69' Ferrari Dino 246 GT, (A Class 521)
  • 67' Lamborghini Mivra P400 (A Class 523)

Tracks:

All 3 tracks will be raced each week, in random order from week to week.
Race distance will be approx 20 min duration, actual lap distance TBA

    1. Rd America
    2. Maple Valley Reverse
    3. Sedona Full

extra non-series 2 lap run around Nurburgring Nordschleife, for those interested after.

Builds and Tunes:
All Builds with base tunes will be provided, Builds must remain unchanged but tuning is allowed.
One tune only be round, you tune must stay the same over all 3 tracks, no individual tunes for different tracks will be allowed.

All cars have different Power to Weight ratios, keeping in line with the originality of each car, the builds have been designed to even out the differences and make for close racing. Some cars will be better suited for some tracks. In General the Ferrari's are lighter and the Lambo's & Aston's are more powerful.

All builds will be gifted out prior to each round.

Paints and Liveries

Cars are to be kept to Manufactures original paints only.

Decals are to be kept to a minimum and only to the L/R skirting and rear bumper & numberplate, GT are allowed below drivers window.

No race number required.

Other Info:

All Drivers are to be race under OZFM CoC at all times.

I will be keeping all race replays and would ask others to do so randomly and then gifted( to obtain alternate in-car views), as I will create a event movie over the Xmas break, when I get a new PVR from santa!

Entrants:

Ideally 9 drivers would work well (3 x 3 manufactures), Minimum of 6 is required to stage this event.

Please post your interest in this thread.
If we get the minimum requirement by friday, builds for Rd 1 will be gifted

5 in 1 to go!,,

Come on you wheelers....

I'll get some builds up on my SF by tomorrow, will be online about 9:00 AESDT if anyone wants a run to sort out a few possible bugs.

Based on a field of 6, I'd like to get 2 driving each manufacture for the entire 3 weeks, I'll run an individual and manufacturers simple points system, probally 10 for 1st, 8 for 2nd ect. Will post some more in the OP shortly

Round and round the mulberry bush, like a TBear

If the case, this event is off in any case due to lack of numbers...

I think dazza is/would prefer to run the co-op on Tuesday for better numbers, I'm sure he'll post something shortly.

Sorry if I have inconvenanced anyone with the possible planning of this.
