Uni - Credit Transfer

"I won a million credits in a comp but how do I get the money? I thought only Turn 10 can gift credits."

Step 1 - Buy a car
* The one giving you the credits will let you know what car to buy. This will normally be a cheap car, around 5,000cr, that is easy to find on the auction house.
eg: 78 Saab, Starion, Liana or Rabbit

Step 2 - Place it on the Auction House
* To do this go to My Cars, select the car and press A.
* Go down to Auction Car and press A.
* Give it a starting price, the full amount to receive. eg: 1,000,000cr
* Set Buyout to Yes. The Buyout price should now be the same as the starting price.
* Set the Auction length. Always best to go for 24 hours to give the other person time to make the transaction.

Step 3 - Wait for the sale
* Once sold you will get a message in your File Depot to let you know it sold.

Step 4 - Collection
* When you get the message press the left trigger and select the message that says Auction Sold or go to the Auction House via the Community menu then go to My Auctions.
* Here you will find all the cars you are selling. The car that sold will have SOLD over it.
* Select the sold car and on the next screen there should be an option to Resolve Auction. Select it.
* Once done that car will be gone and you will be richer!




Why did it cost me to collect the credits?

* You need to have a car to sell and you need to pay for the auction.
--> 3,000cr for a 24hr auction
--> 5,000cr for a 78 Saab, Starion, Liana or Rabbit

A small price to pay to get the credits transferred over.
This can be done with anyone including those not on your friends list.
If they are on your friends list you might be lucky and get the car gifted back. If not just run a quick race and get your 8,000cr back that way.
