Ok, Next Friday (23rd) is Race 1, AUSTRALIAN GP. So if you have not signed up yet, now is your chance.

Put your name down here, and you will then gain entry in to the "Boys Club" where you can choose a car, sit around the pool and be waited on by hot chicks wearing next to nothing. Well maybe that last bit is not quite true, they start out wearing next to nothing and usual Reapr and Clarkson seem to get them to take it all off... rich buggers.

What about tonight, I just got my copy so I'll be doing more than a few practice laps to try & get a basic setup I like going....

I suppose you could follow the McLarens around the track for a while... not until after the final round of the WRX Vs EVO Series for me though.

Actually the stupid way the online stuff works, we might be better off running a co op session on long weekend, so we get longer practice sessions for tonight.

mclaren going to need those secret setups cause the redballs are on fire cracking very quick times on primes and options

oh and the race is just on the hour mark for race distance

Soooo, despite a few hiccups from the "old hand" in his new seat at Mercedes last night there were a few signs of genuine pace...

Enough to perhaps trouble the established names & big hitters of the f1 game with the new upgrade package that Mercedes is rumoured to be bringing for the remaining test sessions ?? We shall see......

One thing is for sure, with 2 drivers showing very promising flashes of speed & a car that has alot of room for improvement Mercedes F1 is definately going to be closer to the front than they were in 2011 hehe!

Lol, but seriously cheers for the runs last night guys, will probably be up for some more tonight if people are keen.

Was good fun last night. But your team principal will have to have a word to your team mate and tell him to settle it down because if he keeps driving like he is will be put into the fence more often than not because other drivers will not take it.

Yep, last night was great.

I learnt a few things last night, but the biggest thing is, I need more practice. So I will be on tonight for a few laps. But first I need to buy a new fridge

Just got back from Toowoomba (4 hour round trip), good news though, I now have a new fridge that dispenses crushed ice... Now that will suit my JD on a friday night.

Have a bit of a break and I will jump online.

Hopefully some late sign ups happen as it starts tonight and its Melbourne GP , its great fun and should be a cracker of a casual event for a friday night and not taken to seriously while still trying to do your best by all.

Im looking forward to this and a good change up to the norm. Still love my Forza but variety is good also, plus it is a sim racing game.

So get on onboard and have a go peeps.

Can not wait to have another crack at Melbourne GP now I have brakes... maybe Forza will be better too now with full brake pressure. Tuesday night for that.

But as Sleuth said, jump on guys, this will be fun.
