New Tracks in Forza 4

You might be a little disapointed Bathurst or SPA didn't get a run. There were 5 new ones.
1) Bernese Alps - Fictional

2) Top Gear test track

3) Hockenheimring - unconfirmed, but strongly suspected. Shown in pre-e3 gameplay video at 1:42. Appears to be between turn 3 and 4

4) Infineon Raceway - unconfirmed, but suspected. Shown in pre-e3 gameplay video at 1:32. Appears to be at turn 8a, looking back at 8 and 7. For

5) Indianapolis Motor Speedway - unconfirmed, but suspected. Shown in the background on the cover art of Forza 4 , in the pre-e3 gameplay video at 1:33-1:36.

how many tracks will they do out of these 5, more is good

Great replay angles in there. You could watch a race and almost convice yourself it's the TV. Much better than the Nurb GP in Forza 3 (Which looks a little toyish to me even though it's a great track to race).

It"s great to have it in the game but they better not leave out Nurb GP.

nice vids guys.. FM4 is lookn more like a addiction then a game .. i can see myself with a new addiction soon..

one thing i havent seen much of is smoke effects.. im hopen the put a little more smoke effects to the game then they did with FM3.. Hopen the effects are more like GT5's smoke efffects ..

Look in the mirrors at about 1:05 for smoke.

oo i missed that 2 sec clip of smoke.. looks more then what there is in fm3.. hopen there more then before.. drift would look awesome with more smoke

Im really quite excited by this myself. ( The Drag strip in particular) also the rumoured Infineon drag strip and the confirmed test drive test track drag stip.

My bet, is if/when they release a demo.

It will be the Bernese Alps short track!

It's been their feature track for FM4.

Good to see Catalunya getting another run. One of my favorite tracks.

Not excited about the Bernese Alps at all. Really only care about real tracks. Though do have a sentimental spot for good 'ol Maple Valley.

I hope they bring back Suzuka, Mugello, Road America, Nurburgring and Laguna Seca. The rest I'm not crazy about.

Hockenheim is ok but I find it a bit boring. Would much rather Spa, or Zandvoort.

Won't mind Infineon, one of my favs on GT but i agree, need to expand the real world list or get a new track designer in for the fictional tracks as very few were memorable to me in FM3.

I wish turn 10 would just give me the GPS backpack thingy....I'd walk all over the Aussie tracks for them and then help with it's creation.....might save them some bucks

That would be an awesome job. I saw in that video how they were saying poor guy had to walk all the way around the track several times. Well if he don't like it, I'll happily take over!

Surely enough data has been collected on most real world tracks already. Why reinvent the wheel every time a new game is developed. You could collect all that data yourself and just sell it to racing game developers.

Hockenheim...goody. was only dissapointed to hear about the Top Gear track as one of the 5. if they said '5 tracks AND Top Gear's track' i'd be happy. it doesn't count as one to me. played it on GT and it's as boring as bat's you know what...
