Looks like a good alternative to the MS wheel. No Force feedback but it looks like a good buy for those who don't have enough money to by the fanatec setup and don't want to pay $250+ for something that might break within 6 months.

Guys with limited $$ might consider it if they were desperate for a wheel, so its good to know about the option.

But seems like obsidith has already road tested the model without any joy.

Very limited value since it has no force feedback and usually - you get what you pay for (imo).
