Forza 6 Time Attack

Event ends: Wednesday 27 January (1 week so we can go back to starting a week after PCARS TA)

Drivers will be sorted into their license group.

* Laps are to be run using Rivals Time Attack of the class being used.
--- Lap times from a Career Race, Single Player Race or Online Race will not be allowed.
--- Lap times from the Test Drive option are also not allowed.
--- Using Mods is not allowed. Rivals should not allow the use of Mods.
* Make sure you do not allow the car to be automatically upgraded. When prompted select "Race Anyway".
* Must be a CLEAN LAP

We are all adults (or close enough) here so I am trusting you with your lap times posted so there is no need to take a photo or send a screen shot. If someone feels that a lap time is not legit we may disallow that time and take the next fasted recorded time (if posted). That diver will be able to run more laps until the last day and post a faster lap.
Drivers that break the rules will be required to post a photo of a screen shot when posting a time.
Play fair and we can keep the rules simple.



This week - Star in a Bog Standard Car

Attention all OZFM racing stars... The Top Gear Test Track awaits.

With the 3 big names taking a holiday (permanent by the looks of it) we have gained free but limited access to the Top Gear Test Track. But you know all that crazy weather we have had this summer it looks like the track will also be wet. Top Gear have let us use their Vauxhall Astra (looks like a Holden) to run some laps. The stock tyres should be fine for the wet surface and it has a roll cage fitted just in case.

No upgrades. While the producers are sorting their shit out they don't want us modifying the car with upgrades but said nothing about adjusting any tune-able parts like tyre pressures.
As the track is ours for the week there will be no standing start single power lap on our watch. Run as many flying laps as you need in a session to clock a time.

Has anyone else noticed the roll cage in cockpit view on the Vauxhall even though car is stock?

Yer it's the top gear version

I have updated my time and edited my post above. Is that sufficient or should I post the new time separately in a new post or would a PM be better?

It is the Top Gear car they use on the show so it has the bolt in cage as stock.
