What specs have been used in recent V8 series? Like do they remain stock (apart from brakes) or has their been engine mods included?

I will prob make a V8 comeback next time around. My last foray in the series was back when i was an Admin'er on FM3...!!!! Im wheeled up and ready to go.

Hey man. For the last v8 series, our only one on FM5 so far, both the Holden and Ford had race brakes and race tailshafts only.

Pre-wheel, I was working on this about a week ago...I work for Tradelink so I used their current design and colours to see how it would look like.......still some work to be done....not happy with the front bumper and bonnet yet.

Missing a few little sponsors I cbf'd putting on because they will look blurry and screwed in the spots they have to go thanks to dodgy forza.

Same rules as last series but with the newer series logo shown above.

Livery Guidelines

 All cars will require a livery.

 All cars should have a race number.
- - Numberboards should be present on both sides of the car.
- - Distributed numberboard must be used.
- - Numberboards must not be modified in any way other than your race number.
- - Use the shown font only for your race number (Arial AKA Upper Letters 1).
* * Similar to the event sticker used by V8 Supercars or the Dunlop sticker in the Dunlop Series.

 Series sticker to be shown on car.
- - Must be placed low on the front fender behind the front wheel.
- - Must not be modified in any way.
* * Similar to the series sticker used by V8 Supercars.

 Sponsors:
- - Anything goes, however...
- - No tobacco (banned in all Australian motor racing)
- - Alterations to tobacco advertising will not be allowed (eg: "Benson & Hedges" to "Be On Edge", "Marlboro" as a barcode, etc)
- - Nothing explicit or offensive (A posted video or photo featuring the offending design may see your GamerTag banned by T10 or M$)

 Vinyl Groups:
- - All required vinyls will be shared.
- - All (Numberboards and Series sticker) should be the correct size. Photos below show their size on the car.

Body Work and Tints:
- - Painting of widebodies, vents, extra side exhausts, etc will not be allowed.
- - Windows to retain original tint. No darker or coloured tints allowed (because Racecar).
- - This series is based on the real world V8 Supercar series so the cars must replicate those.

 Replica Liveries:
- - Will be accepted but must follow the livery rules.

 Shared Liveries:
- - You may download a shared livery but must follow the Livery rules (numberboard rule will not be enforced).
- - If using a share livery try to use one that is either a replica or inspired by the official V8 Supercars, Dunlop Series or NZ V8's.
- - Series organisers will need to approve downloaded shared liveries.
- - Painters can create multiple liveries following the rules and share them for other drivers to run.

 The livery rules must be adhered to by all competitors and painters.
