And should it be the "April Car Pack"? lol
And a Renault 5...
Not my paint, just stole it to confirm at least 1 car.

This year marks the 12-year anniversary of Turn 10 Studios’ founding and, next year, we’ll celebrate the ten-year anniversary of the original Forza Motorsport on Xbox. That seems like a long time ago, and not just because it was a long time ago. Since we began Turn 10, we’ve all grown… professionally, personally, and otherwise. We’ve gotten older, some of us have started families, and we’ve all benefitted from the perspective that only time and experience can offer.
When Turn 10 came together to build a racing game on Xbox back in 2002, we had high hopes and grand aspirations for the game that would become Forza Motorsport. By the time we released Forza Motorsport 2 in 2007, it was clear that we were building much more than a game. We were building a community. A community of racers, artists, drifters, photographers, dragsters, and car lovers of every stripe.
Watching the Forza community grow and evolve over time has been gratifying and especially humbling for each of us here at Turn 10. We’re proud of what we’ve created and awed by the passion and creativity we witness on a daily basis. Fostering and sustaining the Forza community is a responsibility and a privilege that we take seriously. That’s no less true today than it was when we first began the series in 2005.
I look at the game we launched on November 22, 2013 and the game that I play today, and I see something that has changed dramatically over the past four months. We’ve made some significant changes to the game’s economy, we’ve added new features, and we’ve continued a steady stream of new content, including track add-ons like February’s free addition of Road America.
With our most recent content update for Forza 5, I’m excited to say we’ve made some fundamental improvements to the Forza 5 experience for our fans. As of today, players who have purchased DLC cars in Forza Motorsport 5 can add those cars to their Forza 5 garage immediately, at no additional in-game cost. And, moving forward, when you buy a Car Pass, a DLC car pack, or a single DLC car, you will be granted the one-time free addition of each car to your Forza 5 garage, without needing to purchase them with in-game credits or tokens. This goes for all current Forza Motorsport 5 DLC (including cars in previous DLC car packs) and it will be the case for all future Forza 5 DLC car packs. In addition, as requested by our fans, this most recent content update makes all of the initial 200 cars that launched with Forza 5 available as rental cars.
We’ve built some great history together, all of us. Today’s fundamental changes to Forza Motorsport 5 have been made possible in large part because of the unwavering passion and dedication of you, the Forza Motorsport community. We are a fan-driven series, and the steadfast dedication you have all shown the Forza Motorsport series over the years continues to be a source of inspiration to me, and to everyone here at Turn 10.
This is important. We’re just getting started! In early April we’ll have another announcement about a free add-on to Forza 5 that I think you guys are going to love. I would love to tell you about it now… but I believe it will be worth the wait.
Thanks for helping make the Forza series what it is today. I’m happy to be a member of the Forza Motorsport community and I’m glad you are part of it with me.
Thanks,
Dan

Re: The Top Gear Car Pack - April 2014
FFS dan.... "We were building a community" - "And now were doing all we can to destroy it"
So because the COD generation cant play the game to save themselves to earn the credits for the cars, your giving them away free....
Yay we have the VF V8..... But where are the others? They have the rights to the cars, or will this be another one make car that cant be used with anything else?
1966 Chaparral 2E - to go with all the other CA-NAM cars.... Hang on there isn't any others.
Dont get me wrong, awesome car from one of the best series ever. I rate old CAN-AM higher then old F1. But you can find one of the 2 made of this but cant find a A9x or XB?
Start making pack with lots of cars that can be used together!!!

Just had a closer look at the livery in the above pic and vid. Looks like the test day livery not the actual race day one. Oh well... Good to see it finally in the game, just 4 more to go.

Re: The Top Gear Car Pack - April 2014
I like the idea of the DLC cars being purchased for free in game but for a limited time would have been better. For the long term it continues to screw up the economy.
All the kids want everything for nothing... So I shall call it "Forza 5 The Centrelink Edition"
Now off the pick up my free 787B !!!!!!

Perhaps DerpyDan is hinting at another track coming soon? I hope so.
I look forward to racing a COTF v8 series soon, albeit with one make/model, who cares anyway

The PI is the same with a few others a point out. Might still work with the current V8s in the game?
If you have the car please compare them for us.

Re: The Top Gear Car Pack - April 2014
With driveshaft and race brakes pi is the same. From general tuning so far the car is slower when compared to ve/fg but nicer to drive. example silverstone in ve 2.06.8's but the vf is running 2.07.9's on a blinder for me. Generally the tracks I have tested on so far its 1-2 seconds behind after a bit of tuning

I was running 2.07 or 08 at Silverstone anyway with a non tuned VE at the last round

Re: The Top Gear Car Pack - April 2014
Yeah I took the VF for a quick spin round Bathurst. Did the same upgrades as we are currently using and I put very similar tune on it quickly (ride height seems a fair bit different but rest is mostly similar spec to VE) and it was much smoother to drive but yeah I was no where near close to matching my best time so far in the VE
