Forza Rewards

So I encountered this on faceplant this morning. Checked mine out got 40,000 credits (Wowzers cos i was running out of in game credits as they are so hard to come by) and picked up two unicorns one for f4 and one for horizons (which i will never own)

I got 120,000 credits and a Mines R34 for F4, 120,000 credits and a Ferrari Dino for Horizon.

I need another 306 points for tier 5

i got the same as jamie.. anyone know how the points get added and how many points u get at a time.. still 800pts off tier 5

Mine won't go through. Just sits there after I click redeem.

same, mine wont register, im tier 4 and get 2 cars for fm4 (and some others for Horriblezon which i didnt get sucked into paying money for, hehe

You may have to just login again later, mine didn't work first time

I've tried a fair amount of times now. Just won't work.

Sometimes I've found swapping to IE works to redeem, but then this morning it didn't work in Chrome so I logged out used ie that didn't work but then it did work in Chrome. So potentially logging in and out sorts it out.

hmm I've swapped backwards and forwards between Chrome and IE and logged in and out several times - not working. I'm guessing there's a bug of some description, or their 486 server PC is having a fit and can't keep up. Sometimes it works for some people, but it's not based on browser. Maybe just luck...

Just wondering if anyone had the same issue i had with the latest rewards ??

Redeemed new rewards for forza 4.. 40k and 2 cars, shelby GT500 and the BMW M3 GTR..

I got home and went to the games message centre and acknoledged the messages..

when i went into my garage i didnt see the bmw but seen 2x shelby's ..

One was locked and one i was able to gift or put on auction..

the one that was unlocked seem to be normal.. i could paint it and upgrade it.. but the other one .. it is locked to black.. when u paint the car it does no change colour.. only way to do so is to cover it with vinyls..

Seems the BMW glitched and transformed into a shelby.. sux as i have been wanting the bmw.. as that was a fave of min in forza 3 ..

Not to sure if i should post on forzamotorsport.net to see if T10 can recify this..


I also put the shelby on auction hoise.. but i dont think it can be searched as its not a car avalible in the shelby search list.. thought i would try sell it .. but that backfired.. guess i will only be able to gift it..

I'll have to get on and claim mine. M3 is one of the cars I am missing

I spent a few hours last week on Horizon doing some of the 1000 club challenges. Managed to score around 600 extra points easily just from doing the 1000 club, grabbing a few new cars and just driving around. Another 380 points and tier 5 is mine.

Whether you love it or hate it Horizon is a quick way to grab more points to get you closer to the next tier.

this seems to have cropped up quite a lot. There's plenty of mention of it around the forza forum, along with the usual "T10 are aware of the problem are are working on it" responses.

Thanks OD thanks for the heads up mate I did have a bit of a look and ended up posting on the forza forums.. It now seems to " SORT OF " been sorted out.. As i put the car up on auction on monday night.. the auction ended so i resolved the auction.. when i went to my garage .. well what do u know i now have a GLICHED BMW M3 GTR .. As it seems u cant paint the bmw unless u wrap it in vinyl.. but not to fussed about that.. as the m3 was one of my fav cars n forza 3.. hopefully it will go as good in forza 4 also ..

Do you guys think these rewards will flow over to FM5?  

I am currently banking on they will and trying to finish Horizon to give me the top of Tier 5 - 5500 points, Currently have 5133 points.

I have not cashed in my points yet... no real point Hoping they may give me some FM5 rewards when the time comes.

You don't cash in your points. The points set your tier level and each month you get rewards. The higher the tier the higher the reward.

Looks like this has been set ready for FM5. There will be no profile transfer in game like we had from FM3 to FM4 and FM4 to FH so I see it as the higher the tier level the more you might get when you start FM5. Might be wrong... but I am sure we will still get something each month in FM5 like we are getting in FM4 now.

So do you think I should stop hoarding and cash in...

By hoarding, I missed out on the last freebies... Doh!

I think what surfer is saying is that you don't lose your points when you "cash in". There's no point hoarding. Get what you can now and when you get up to 5500 points or whatever, you can get the next pile of stuff.

They renew the rewards each month. Some credits and a car or two for each game. Great way to get the last unicorns. The higher your tier level the more you get, mostly the credits.
eg: tier 4 may get 140,000cr with tier 5 getting 2,000,000cr.

Just when you think you have all reward points...



Looks like it will be a few years to get all these reward points...  play for 1000 days... WTF! Hope it is a good game.

On the up side... I am now Tier 6
