Hey guys i got a mate who had the game but never had gold account for online.
He has gold now and raced with me a bit alst night, i sent him some cars, paints and tunes
he got everything except the tunes which when he went to get them (load them onto a vehicle) it came up saying he had a corrupt save file and to go back to the dashboard and save a new one?????
Any help?

If what NoRecoil suggests does not work then...
He needs to go to the Dashboard
Go to Settings.
System Settings
Storage
Then where ever he saves his Forza files. Usually Hard Drive.
Games and Apps
Forza Motorsport 4
Gamer Tag Car Setup Files Saved Game
Select and the delete.
He WILL loose his saved tunes, but if he has only got the ones you sent him then you can just send them again.
Clearing cache did not work for me, the up side is any car that has a tune on it will still be ok, he will just need to go in to the car setup with in Forza and re save the tune.

Re: Corrupt profile
I know what happened to mine.
I was working on tuning a car on my second xbox, shut it all down pulled out the usb key. It turnes out even after the screen goes blank and the power light goes off the xbox it is still accessing the usb key...
check it tonight when you turn off you xbox, it will still make some noises after all the lights go out. It has done this since I think 2 dashboard updates ago. If you use a USB key then the light on it will flash a couple of times about a minute after it appears to be off.
So now, I exit back to the dashboard, shut the console down... go get a drink, then remove the usb key.
