Yep, Only T10 can gift/auction them. The only thing we can do with them is sell them back to the game for 100cr.

Today T10 sent me a shiny new Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 and left one of my paints in the T10 Picks. Not the livery that actually won but close enough. Dan Murphy's Holden V8 Supercar won but they put up the GTS.
