OZFM Casual Racing - Thursday Nights
As you all know there is a lot of series racing going on during the week and we thought we should dedicate one night for casual events.
So... Thursday Nights Casual Racing is back! for those who remember the "good ol' days".
The way this will work is.
Create a thread over HERE is you are willing to host a night. Start the topic off with the date for the Thursday you wish, eg: 15/03/2012 - Fun with Dazz. Then once that date is used, you will need to pick the following Thursday.
Give a breif intro to what the theme will be, and that can be as simple as "We will just choose a class and do random tracks".
I will start the ball rolling this Thursday night with some ...umm, I will work something out.
So, lets have some fun guys.
Check out the Casual Events folder for whats going on.

Re: OZFM Casual Racing - Thursday Nights
Cool,
I am keen on casual and varied events, although I am not usually available thursdays – possibly later in the evening for a few short races.
The idea to keep it simple and easy is great = no buy, not paint, no tune. I think this sort of thing might be fun using garage only cars too as a way to easily get a pretty level playing field.
I have popped a teaser image into the ofzm garage with a brief note about a set of cars I have setup for casual races.

My thoughts are to not for a specific schedule (I haven't got time to organise) but just to have the cars available so that they can be used whenever people like. Perhaps a few quick races after other casual or serious events have been run?
