New OZFM Admin forum

Hey guys,

Just letting you know we've created this "OZFM Admin" forum.
It will be used by admin to post all Admin type topics on forum.
e.g. Code of Conduct, forum rules, race rules, race numbers, admin structure, etc.
We'll progressively move all relevant topics here.
It should make it easier for everyone to access them and also easier to maintain.

Also, there'll be some important news here very soon.
