who actually has a rx7 spirit R and the new rx8 r3 ?

as the topic says, who actually has a rx7 spirit R and the new rx8 r3 ? planning on a series and just dont wanna rule to many fan boys out by picking those cars over the default rx7/8

The new Rx8 R3 is the free car from the December pack so every one should have that available to purchase (even if the full pack was not purchased). The Spirit R is a Unicorn so not many will have it unless they had it in FM3 or got the Pre-order incentive car.

If both cars are equal why not run both. Give the lucky owners of the Spirit R a chance to race it in a series.

yeah sweet , spirit R has more grip in the rear end than the normal batty, and little better but im sure most of the guys did preorder incentive just wanna make sure

I ended up with 2 rx7s, now I know why, thanks to Surfer. I must have one as an import from FM3, and one as the pre-order thingy.

yeah i got one from pre order then got another randomly about a month ago

If you never won a Spirit R in FM3 (T10 official comps) the first gifted Spirit was the original pre-order incentive if you sent T10 a pic of your receipt. That car then transferred over to FM4. The second (gifted in FM4) was to make sure every one got it, as many say they missed out on getting the car...

Shame only T10 can gift out Unicorn cars.

I like the idea of having the new RX8 as well. Nice looking car and it has a few after-market body kit options as well. If anyone else is a tight arse like me and did not purchase the Season Pass make sure you download the RX8 from the December DLC pack, it's free and contains all the other cars (unplayable but visible) so you are not getting beaten by black VW Bora's, lol.

Duke, if the series you are thinking of has a set build / tune, then each of the car clubs could put one in their club garages, that way anyone could use it.

yeah spent last two days getting 18 different cars builds so that there doing within a second of each other on the mile drag and about 1.5 seconds apart on hockenhiem, which im pretty happy with considering have 3 different drive types and mid engine and front engine cars
