Your favourite car so far?
Hi Gang,
Just curious, after having a bit of play with F4 over the weekend, was wondering what your fave car(s) are?
Ive got a bit of a soft spot for the Sierra Cossie, and the manic E30 M3 I've got - it hauls butt - but has really terrible turn in on nurburgring f1 track, but all other tracks work well.

Re: Your favourite car so far?
'65 Mustang. Man that thing sounds gorgeous!
PS, Casper, that M3 is the first car that I have been able to easily out-run the 430 ferrari in career! Thankyou!
I haven't done a hotlap yet, but it's easily faster than the lancia. The exige is also good, more of a longer track car tho it just cleans up on the straights.

Yeah that M3 HAULS butt in accel, doesnt have to long legs though. Are you feeling any initial understeer in it?
Give me a complete run down if you could...
I wont be on xbox till wendesday at earliest. Wifey has a conference, and we're staying in the city rather than her having to commute...

Probably too early for me but I am enjoying the AW11 MR2, got it as a gift car and has served me well. The Pantera also kicked ass and sounds sweet!

I'm loving the '64 Impala, mainly because I really want one IRL though. I'm also loving the BMW 2002 and the M3s.
One car I couldn't stand was the Elise. I've never liked it though.

Loving my E36 M3 at the moment, its nothing extraordinary, but its easy to drive and it seems like it will be able to keep up in a race situation (where at some point all the front runners come off the track at least once )

Re: Your favourite car so far?
I need to run with you guys - cant till wednesday night at earliest - staying away from home...I hate playing against os players...damn lag!
I put an E36 together while playing with my E30, and it aint too bad...
The F10 M5 I think can be improved - but might be better in S class.
I cant wait till I get my hands on the best M5 ever - the V8 one - I cant remember the model number...

1. How on earth are you guys getting the E30 to run sub 2:00 on Hockem?
2. Let me know how the F10 goes in S class, mines in A class at the moment and its no where near as good as my E39;
3. Which is probably the car you're looking for (recognize the bumper in the sig?) , which so far is best for A class. I haven't tried it online, probably won't be a leaderboard car but it is a lot of fun to drive, that much is certain

Re: Your favourite car so far?
I used to know all the BM model numbers - but getting older, getting married etc takes its toll on ya! lol!
The F10 packs a serious amount of speed all things considered, and its the one thing I have noticed, speed modifications have had a PI tweak upwards...
OH as for the E30...well, engine swap and AWD does help - the V8 M3 engine is a beast!

Re: Your favourite car so far?
Well, do what i'm doing, learning the model numbers from Forza! I've always known the body shapes but now i can actually put the name to the body.
Thing is i did that and the car (The E30) was absolutely useless, but now i've done nothing of the sort and finally got it to the point where i think it can actually do something. Still have to tune it, will do that this arvo.
My E36 has a 5.4 Handling rating and a 7.1 acceleration rating, the E30 now has the same handling but a 7.2 acceleration rating, so we'll see how it goes.

Re: Your favourite car so far?
When I get home wednesday, I'll post my E30's stats, unless Whittie can do it for me - Im pretty sure my E30 has 6-6.1 handling and 6.9 speed. Insane accel and launch though.

Re: Your favourite car so far?
Well i got my E30 a tad faster PI wise, 7.3 accel but only 5.4 handling, yet its still slower than my E36 which is 7.1 accel, same handling but higher top end.

Re: Your favourite car so far?
I was amazed with the Dodge Coronet Super Bee - completely unexpectedly set my first ever Top 20 time (temporarily), but for fun I have really enjoyed driving my 77 V8 Vantage - It's a little bit loose, and it sounds great!
