HAPPY BIRTHDAY OZFM!!
Oh, did someone already say that?
OK then, I'll say:
Thanks to all the guys who've joined and played and stayed with OZFM to be here for our 2nd birthday.
Thanks to all the guys who've run events or contributed to the forum through their awsome tuning and creative painting and photographic skills.
Thanks to the admin team for their efforts in looking after the forum and making sure we made it this far.
Thanks guys for making this the best Forza Motorsport Forum.

Re: HAPPY BIRTHDAY OZFM
update, the OP was short and sweet but at 6:15 I was running late for the bus...
thankyou to all the current admin team and the guys that help out with running series, competitions, pics videos & all the stuff that goes around to make this forum click.
not to mention everyone who's happy to lend assistance in paints, tunes & advise.
Its great to see our first drift series kick off last night.
without all of you guys, Il'd be winning every race, but be very lonely
Id like to single out the efforts of one individual, who's been here well nearly form the start. he's put the forum back on the rails when its looked a bit shaky.
I sure we would all be the looser's without your services.
thankyou Mr Wolf, appreciated
Tonight:
Im going to run a casual Birthday Bash, about 9:00AEST
Blast from the series past,
including:
C Class Production Series (Feb/March 2010)
D class Honda's (April/May 2010)
GT1 class (may/June 2010)
WTCC series 1, handicapped (July/Aug 2010)
SoO state of origin (Aug/Sept 2010)
click on the links(blue) to view the series information
all car spec and details can be found within the links for those who havnt go the tunes to have a run if desired. the SoO are stock builds and tunes and the GT1 were stock builds but tuned tunes, Ill try and load on my SF the other tunes to make it easier.
if we fill up one room just pm someone within the room and well split into 2,
all races will randomly use a track from that series.
RU
ps: happy birthday stu!

Re: HAPPY BIRTHDAY OZFM
Sweet! and fantastic to see.
Congrats to everyone involved and lets keep this beast rolling into F4!
I still have the original car i raced in every one of those series - apart from the Honda (didn't do any club events on here for ages)
I might be up for a run, will have to wait and see

Re: HAPPY BIRTHDAY OZFM
spewing i have a meeting now RU, great stuff mate!!
and Wolfy will always be the grandfather of OZFM and does deserve a special mention no doubt...
but i'd like to think we have all ( this is all past and present, admins, mods, members, event organisers, the judge, reviewers, tuners, painters, photographers, radio joc's, track reviewers, bouncers, fluffers, and so forth) contributed to getting the place where it is, no singular person couldve done what we have all achieved with OZFM
Well done to all,
but RU i know where your coming from and agree whole heartedly)

Re: HAPPY BIRTHDAY OZFM
A blast from the past last night with a rather motley crew getting together for the OZFM 2nd birthday bash.
Thanks to RU for running the event.
We tried and crash tested a selection of the cars we've raced in FM3.
DTM Mercs - ripping up Sedona and Maple Valley. Damn fast cars that we should have used more often - I hope they make it into FM4.
Group D Mugen Integra, tuned to perfection by Octarine Dream for the original series and thrashed around LeMans Bugatti. They're hardly over powered, but can be fun to race - even if you don't like FWD.
A stroll up the Fujimi old hillclimb in Bentley GTs gave us all a chance to show off our skills, not.
And finished off with a mixed bag roll down that saw everything from Rabbits to R1s.
The results? lots of dicing, slicing with enough carnage to keep a demo derby crowd happy.
All good fun fellas, a worthy celebration.

Re: HAPPY BIRTHDAY OZFM
With the DTM cars Wolfy i was thinking of running a final State of origin series prior to FM4.
It was the most contraversial series we had and also the most viewed section of forum, it did bring a fair amount of heat from peoples passion for their state but i think we've learnt from that and i think it could be a great way to go?
Any thoughts?
race for your state series worthwhile fellas?

Re: HAPPY BIRTHDAY OZFM
Love that first impact Dazza. Flying high!
Cheers for the fun racing last night guys. Sorry I couldn't hang around for the downhill, but too many late nights in a row and an early start this morning was making it difficult. Loved thost DTM cars - wish I hadn't missed that series!
