hey guys whats up? new to the forum
Hi Im Josh. Im from Detroit,Michigan here in the U.S. Im totally into the V8's. The tv coverage over here isnt great but I always catch the recorded races. I have a drag racing buddy on forza 3 whos an aussie and into the supercars as well and sent me to the site. Im a painter and tuner on the game, I specialize in drift and drag setups and I like to do authentic race and foose style paint designs. Im hoping the time difference doesnt kill me but Im looking forward to racing, heading over to the car specs now.

Hi Josh,
Welcome to the top Forza motorsport racing forum in the world (we think so anyway).
When you have a look around our forum you'll find we love our V8s more than most. Some would argue theres nothing better.
We do race other categories as well and have some top competitors amongst our members.
From our perspective though, racing with folk from distant countries, like yourself, does present some serious difficulties with lag on XBL that really compromises the quality of online racing.
For that reason we took the difficult decision some time ago that our race series would be restricted to players in the local Australia/New Zealand region. Even with that restriction we cover vast distances and a time zone of 5 hours. But we're still an awful long way from the USA.
We're happy to have you as a member of our forum and even to try racing casual events, many are done informally by our members on most nights of the week.
We have a code of conduct that we adhere to, except for notified heavy contact (demo derby) type events. Its a good idea for you to read that first and decide if you like our approach to the game.
Hope you enjoy your time on our forum and enjoy the activities that you're able to participate in.
Cheers,
iWolf

I can understand that. the lag is bad with people who live two towns away not to mention 6000km.
