Re: F1 at Spa
yea u gotta feel for Button he was minding his own business when all of a sudden bam there's Vettel into the side and that's his race and possibly his championship chances over. Webber was very lucky to get second in the end because of that and Kubica's pit mistake.

Re: F1 at Spa
what about Alonso...? Barrichello is way past his time, in melbourne two years ago plows into webber and puts him out of the race on the first corner and now in spa pretty much the same thing with alonso... he isnt going to win any world championships, so why doesnt he just quit and stop wasting people's time?...

Re: F1 at Spa
that's a bit harsh e.fez it was really tough to judge the conditions. he wasn't the only one who didnt pull up for the final chicane. Alonso didnt brake enough as well, but Barrichello was just unfortunate to not pull up in enough time. He is still a great driver in my opinion.
O BTW ALONSO SUCKS!!!

Re: F1 at Spa
Alonso is a great driver has two more titles than Barrichello did (i mean does)... when he plowed into Webber in Melbourne didn't even get a penalty just drove off and finished second (i think...correct me if im wrong) while Webber spent the rest of the race in the pits... then Webber does what Schumacher did to Barichello last race (squeezing him into the wall) at the German GP last year and he got a drive through (still won) and this year schumacher got 10 place drop... just feel that Barrichello thinks he can plow into people and get away with it... he'll never be a #1 driver...

Re: F1 at Spa
i just seen the replay on the news, it was the conditions not barrichello's fault. cos alonso slid out and barrichello half did aswell like the rest of the field

Re: F1 at Spa
i absolutely hated when Alonso went to McLaren. i knew something like what he did to Hamilton in the pits would happen (the blocking the pit area incident). He is a good driver but he is cocky and can be a dirty driver in my opinion.
Anyway enough of that lets bring on Monza!

Re: F1 at Spa
while i admit that Monaco is a brilliant circuit... i dont reckon its as exciting as Spa because not only is it a brilliant circuit but it is so unpredictable with the weather and the racing. So fast and full of overtaking whereas Monaco is a slow circuit with very rarely seen overtaking.

Re: F1 at Spa
Monaco was wet just a couple years ago wasn't it?
I've never really understood the hype about Monaco to be honest, sure it's a good track but I would certainly rate a fair few other tracks higher than it.
