Xbox Live “Ultimate Game Sale”

Next week, the Xbox Live Marketplace will kick off their “Ultimate Game Sale” and they sent over this list of upcoming titles that are scheduled to be on sale. There will be different titles on-sale at different times during the week, and while I don’t know exactly what will be on sale when or for how much, I’ll tweet out details and make a blog post each time a new groups of titles goes on sale. Here’s the full list of titles that will go on sale over the course of next week:

Comes down to price and space on the HDD.
Some might be just as cheap as pre-owned from EB/JB.
Either way some good titles up there.
3 games in one. HL2 (with the 3 episodes), Team Fortress 2 and Portal.

Oh man if the new bioshock is for some reason ridiculously low in price (> or = to $20 ha ha) Bioshock games are friggin wicked!

Forza Horizion on sale.... Ha Ha that's funny. I'll beat that price by 10% and you'll get the disk, seriously.

Okay, bought Borderlands 2, Crysis, Bulletstorm, and Dragon Age Origins for $18.72. That's converting to points for payment and mine currently work out about $1.20 per 100.
Be aware, some games are on sale until July 8th while others are day by day. And be careful regarding price as some say they're a certain price but are higher when you go to pay for them...at least doing it on the computer.

Witcher 2 not available in our region. Bugger because I've heard it's not bad. Am hoping by changing the locale again I'm able to DL it. I'm guessing it's an IP thing though but I can't believe how easy it was to bypass the gimped version of Sparticus so here's hoping...
And on that, L4D2 is there but Oz got a gimped version of that originally. Don't know if anything would have changed since our ratings can now hit R but am wondering at the very least if the Locale trick would help here as well.
BTW, if anyone else got Lego Batman 2, there's a free bit of DLC that appears to open up a lot more characters. Only 50mb.

Witcher 2, if I use the link on I get page not found. But if I search witcher 2 it looks as if I could buy it for $9.95.
I just traded this game, great game and wished I had more time to finish it. I found the controls a bit hard to pick up casually and would have been easier if I had the time to play more often.
Interesting though, just picked up the receipt from EB from when I had my big game cull and I got $13.50 as a trade in for Witcher 2. Winning!

It's only when you click to DL that it comes up not available.

EDIT: Tried again and no. Was still on the same page that I travelled to originally from Major Nelson's link. Ditched that page and opened up my profile on a fresh page and then searched and got it. Cheers again.
