Drift Tunes - Tips?

I am currently teaching myself to drift in FM4 and was wondering if any of the OZFM drift gurus had some sage advice?

I know every car and every driver is different, but are there any hard and fast rules? What about common problems with drift tunes and any tips to fix them?

I have been reasonably successful but most of the time my scores feel like luck rather than superior car control.

I have been practicing on Maple Valley but I think I might use Benchmark and just practice controlled loops and figure-8s.

I tried your settings bit by bit rather than completely change my tune. Your Diff settings made the biggest difference. I think I was 65/45 before.
