release date blunder?

Hi all.
Had a call from eb today reminding me that forza 4 was out on Thursday the 13th, I questioned this, reminding the salesman that the actual release date is Tuesday the 11th. He said their system said 13th and that is the day I can pick it up....
Anyone else have this issue?

The release date is Thursday the 13th for Australia and NZ, not the 11th. It's not an issue or an error.

Yeah, ignore the countdown over on the right of the forum. It has the wrong date.

Damn i thought it was wednesday and then i realised i have to wait the extra day. Stupid americans why should they get it before anyone else

was in EB yesterday and they had the full version playing in store....teasers!! and yeah the guy there said they're not allowed to put it on the shelf till Thursday

I think all the shops should have it by now. My local EB asked where I pre-ordered (getting it from Game with the BMW) and then he asks me if I am getting the copy with the new wheel... I laughed and said hell no!. lol. Then he goes out and grabs the LE to show me.
Hopefully one of the game shops confuses the AU release date with the US date and we can get it early. We got FM3 almost 2 days before official release date so lets see if history can repeat it self.
