porsche 997 GT2

Post by Guest on Mon Jun 14, 2010 1:59 pm

Hey OZFM.
New member here, see me racing my 'Spawn' Porsche 997 GT2 in 'A' class racing!
Soon upgrading to W427 (yes, from Porsche to Holden is an upgrade in my books:), which may lead me into the V8 Supercar series, with any luck.
Peace!

G'day mate and welcome in.
Not sure about Porsche to Holden being an upgrade, but I appreciate your patriotism. :-)
have a look through the rules for the V8 series and get a car set up to run so if we do other non-series races you can easily join in.

Its round 3 this week so ya missed rounds 1-2, but im open to a late starter in our room as were not full yet. Lots of people saying they want to but then not turning up.
Anyone else from our room OK with that??

There is a 100,000 buy in, get the vinyls from Manics SF. Check the details in the sign up/registration threads
make sure you get some practice on clean racing though, theres a championship on the line so if ya take someone out you may not get a good response, haha!
Having run with ya last week Harry, i reckon youll be right if ya use TCS and drive behind car view so you can see other drivers.

Harry - Teeroy didn't mention, but you get bonus championship points every time you knock a Holden (preferably Teeroy's) into the sand traps.

No Teeroy - you don't get points for knocking yourself into the sandpit. Only if someone knocks you in. :-)

What's with the SNAP thing anyway? I always thought SNAP meant that you had the same though. this must be some meme that I haven't caught on to...
