Big news this morning from Fanatec the PS4 and Project cars supports all the old wheels too, so the CSR's and GT wheels are not dead yet it would seem. Nice work from Sony on that I think.
Meanwhile the X1 will support both CSW bases once the X1 rim comes out (hurry up already!) which is pretty awesome, but not as awesome as PS4 is doing...
