XBox Broadcast Empty XBox Broadcast

Post by Dazza4610 Thu Mar 13, 2014 9:34 am

Has anyone tried this?

Installed it this morning, will give it a go tonight or tomorrow morning.

Just taking a wild guess, if you already lag smash everyone, don't try this.

Installed the other night.....my connection is pretty decent now, ADSL2+, but it recommends a setting lower than the low setting ..... so I would say you need NBN to make it work properly. Will test later

Shame all online content is being made for faster internet speeds we only dream of here in Australia. I am on ADSL2+ and only get 4MB for my speed (Telstra lady yesterday was shocked! She thought I had ADSL with that speed but no, ADSL2+ is what I am paying for). I take it I should not bother?

The problem is the up speed - ADSL is optimised for down..

If you're able to get something like VDSL you may have a little more luck

XBox Broadcast 3367555158

This is mine on my Macbook Pro's WiFi. Unfortunately in the quest to make a stupidly thin laptop, they don't put in an ethernet port so I can't see if that makes a difference haha
