I know there are a few people playing this at the moment, i'm personally loving it as i do feel in some ways it is more accurate than Forza, and its just a nice break from the standard set of games.

Ive been hitting it for the last few weeks . Got all the dlc and laughing how fast the redbull 2011 is , too bad i cant drive it. Ill sent fr when im home my profile is same as xbl STONDKIWI . I got no mic but ill grab one nxt week

Yea no worries. I've actually had some fun with that ridiculous car with the wheel. Totally BS but fun as.
edit: As for mics, DO NOT GET THIS ONE, its Frig horrible. I haven't tried this 7.1 "Official" headset, but i'd have to assume its similar to my G35 PC headset (theres also this "Pulse" headset that i also know nothing about). Theres also this that i'm gonna pick up myself just cause, i'll give you my opinions on that this weekend or so.

Also to download the DLC, go here. PD are run by monkeys and you can't seem to buy the stuff in game.
edit: SC430 and Nascar up on my profile, fairly certain you can use them for the seasonals.

I used your nascar for seasonal. But it turns out i finally have a reason to update my firmware for the turboS, my wheel keeps see-sawing back and forth down the straights. Very annoying.

Okaay iv found the latest firmware, worked out i need the 64bit driver... now i have no idea how to use them

go to gt mode
select profile on the left
find envy and select him
at the bottom of screen you should see four cars, select the one you want

I'll chuck up my F1 '10 for you guys to have a spin with. You can't drive it in events, just free runs, though they have had some Seasonals for them in the past, so i wouldn't be surprised to see it back in the future.
G27 is a great wheel. The shifter lacks the G25's sequential option, and there ARE better wheels on the market, but for 300 bucks its far cheaper than a Fanatec option.

Spotted a g27 at eb games for 329 comes wit a little stand and seat .might think bout it nxt week. But for now my stig can do the work for me

I think there should be some B-spec races in the Seasonals, haven't even touched that mode myself as yet.

If I did get a ps3 and GT5 I'd have to get a wheel as well. And I can't justify the cost

Finally got it. We should get some sh!t happening on it.
Ps - I'm not very good at it yet and haven't figured out how to get the wheel to work with the PS3 yet
