From what I have read it is also $5 for those that bought it on disk! (As long as you are using the same Live account from the 360).
Any DLC like skins will transfer over. And it looks like your old maps might transfer over as well.

I read on Facebook, Minecraft will be digital download only, for those who have it already on 360 it will be cheaper. You can also transfer all your maps from the 360 version to your 1 version

just downloaded for my kids.... they already have it on their 360 and tablets but thought I'd let them have a go on the xbone for once, it's usually off limits to the kids.
