Only Rumours at the moment: Bathurst

Apparently on the rumour mill they are saying that some of the guys from MS/turn 10 were up at Bathurst on the weekend with camera's and measuring equipment.

Don't know how much truth there is to this and I have asked for the original post but this is how I found out.
Some joker posted on the iRacing forums > Some other guy posted on whirlpool about it > My mate saw it on Whirlpool and told me > Now I'm telling you guys.

If anyone on here is also on the iRacing forums could you check to see if it's true or not... For our sake I hope it is!

Hey wait a minute... I swear i have seen that track before but chopped and changed somewhere else, And with a few different parts that go downhill not up...... Cant find the sourse, but a number of places have claimed that there is going to be a track back after the porches - this month

If there is to be a track it wouldn't supprise me if it was the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi.

I found these plasted all over some of tracks in the game.

If thats the case Clarko, will have a new meaning to pointless slippery spots and stickies.

I honestly hope not, i couldn't think of a less exciting track to race on. Most sources claim that there has been no track pack yet because of the low sales they had for Nurburg GP in F3 - No suprise when people wanted Spa or Bathurst.

Hotel Oil Barron Dictatorship Tea Towel Raceway would be poor track choice, people still want Spa or Bathurst and they'd get the same supposed "poor sales" if they went with this track.

I saw/heard a similar rumour about the GT guys wandering about Mt Panarama with measuring gear as well a few months ago...

I'd have to disagree with you. I love Yas Marina. As I said it wouldn't supprise me if it was a dlc track seeing as there is at least 5 different layouts plus a drag strip. Yes, I would prefer some other tracks over it but I rather have it than not have any new track at all.
Also it would make more sense having it in the game than the pointless Benchmark track.

Ha ha i knew it was spam but was interested to see where it went ha ha at least it wasnt a survey that promised a full track list at the end....... after you paid, subscribed gave your credit card details, password and full birth certificate extract
