still interest SG1 and yes you werent the only one over all the silly tit for tat earlier in this thread hence deletions etc. i just wanna race and have fun happy to with anyone like minded :-)

As for IWINNOONE's comments earlier.. 1st...ROFL Very Happy 2nd... YES get the game ALOT more people use no braking line/no assists at all on f1 the game than on forza... i.e no more crutch/excuses as to why you arent number 1 on the leaderboards or in a race, if you cant get there than its only because someone else did a better job and not because they are apparantely using an assist that you arent (i think its safe to say everyone knows you race with no braking line LOL or is there actually someone that plays forza that you havent felt the need to mention this to?) ... also what works as a setup for leaderboards usually doesnt translate as a race setup so you actually have to race too, and in varying weather and grip conditions, not just hotlap. Can't say I am no longer interested... just don't have much time at the moment. Not even enough time for Forza.

Jumped on this morning to have a look at Horizon Rally... now back to my jobs around the house before Xmas.

I have been really enjoying F1 2012, apart rom the first corner shenanigans in a public lobby, but surprisingly even if there is damage and have to pit early you can still get a good result on a 25% race distance.

I would be keen for some racing Reaper and anyone else who is interested, even in the public lobbys with a few of us or more.

It is pretty fun. I've found most of the time people are reasonably well behaved at the 1st corner in public lobbies, you do still get idiots though.

Overall I reckon it's the best of the series so far in terms of handling and "feel" and Texas is pretty fun and challenging through that set of fast esses

I would be up for setting a mini type casual series for this, say 10 tracks, 50% race distance with two tracks run on the same night maybe??? Could even do two nights a week so could be over in a couple of weeks.

Would there be any interest, as numbers would be the most important thing in doing this?

If anyone is still interested in starting a series for F1 2012 then maybe check out this website as it is dedicated to F1 for Australians just like this forum is dedicated for Forza for Australians...

http://www.australianf1racingleague.webs.com/

It is a brand new website/forum, so needs members to get it up and running, just introduce yourself with a post to sign up.

Figure it shouldn be a problem giving it a plug here and asking for people to join, given OZFM does not have a dedicated F1 area/series/forum or for any other games and is only for Forza Motorsport.

Looks like we have a full grid and will be kicking of soon, be sure to get your car choices sorted and post your preferances for sim settings, start time, ect ect, still looking for reserve drivers for those that dont show or miss a round or two, so any one else still interested can sign up no probs.

I threw up a little post on the F1 league site. Make sure you guys get over over there and speak out, so we can outs the "weeds" haha.

Quite a few guys didnt have fun last night.

With the bad attitude of just a few people, I think it all comes down to the game its self, the consequences for ramming someone are not high enough. These are are f1 cars, and the only damage they take is front wing. Pretty average.

Just about the whole field got wiped out or spun by one guy who caused a chain reaction. Not only did he cause all the chaos first corner, he continued to blaze on in second place albeit, about 10 seconds behind 1st.

So, qualifies about 14th barges the field at turn one, in second place by turn 2, yet doesnt see a problem and doesnt redress.

To top it all off, the guy admits fault after the race.

Okay, before i look like a douche for going all high and mighty, ill be sure to keep it short and sweet.

Obvioulsy still in its early stages, Leonski has put a nice little forum together here. But just like a lovely blosseming garden, it only take a few weeds to make it look like shit.

Peace out homies
