I'm curious...i might get it....but its one of those things i have to play first. Though if its like TDU without the bugs of TDU2, i'm interested.

Didn't stop any of us getting forza 4 and in some cases every single piece of DLC.

Because its just too much fun to not play. Untill something better comes along, or something else at all lol.

Well i did play midnight club and nfs most wanted like crazy before i got online and i did quite enjoy them. Horizons looks semi-similar and on better so if i have the cash i will probs pick it up online. I think the thing that mostly turns me off is that i get my thrills out of circuit racing. Maybe it will bring some of the fun back to my gaming as since i have jumped online some of the games i have played really get my goat because i get too competitive ie.COD. Although i havent had that problem with forza yet ha ha Maybe thats because the peeps i race with make racing with them fun as well and not just trash talk like its the next round of the ufc.

I wont get it until ive tried it.

Your saying that I am missing the point because I want to race Circuit and that's not what Horizon is all about.

I like Forza because it's Forza, and not TDU or NFS. I like racing Circuit, that is a personal preference, I am not saying I don't like the new change of an open environment. I would like it as an ADDITION to circuit racing (that we have now, like silverstone GP for example) but I don't like the fact that we loose all the old Tracks...

I get the feeling that a Forza 5, or the real Forza Motorsport, is also in the works along side the release of Horizon, so i dont think we will loose the old tracks brother. We should get a few new tracks, but if history has anything to do with it we will get jack shit new tracks and probabley loose a few old ones and keep the ancient ones. (think hockenheim gone but sunset gets a new bridge or dunlop underpass thingy)

forza 5 should be released next year. forza motorsport has a 2 year development cycle for each game.

Cool, if that's the case then I have no dramas what so ever if "The real forza" still exists.

What do you mean "losing all the old tracks"? Horizon isn't a Forza 4 replacement, its a completely separate game with that T10 has far different goals for. Want traditional circuit racing, play Forza 4, want an open world racer that isn't as silly as NFS, play Forza Horizon. Quite simple really.

Besides, Forza 4 already pushes the 360 disk space, asking for the core Forza 4 experience along with an open world environment with its own set of races/challenges is wee bit too much.

If you don't want that, then don't buy it and keep playing Forza 4 like we all will for series events.
