Battlefeild 3 Platoon

Ive made up a OZFM Platoon for Battlefield 3.

yeah jumped in the plantoon... Haven't played for a while but. Much changed?

Massive update - new maps - lot nice to play cause they've fixed all the dodgy weapons

I looked it up & sent a request to join.......Fez dunno how you just "jumped in"? I have to wait for my request to be accepted it seems?? Also had to download google chrome just to look at the stupid site, damn IE9 download site just doesn't exist anymore???

Anyways all that has given me a headache hopefully thats all I needed to do?

Yeah i had to accept your request to join the platoon - now done. Getting my head around it now

Is it worth buying if you don't plan on buying ALL the DLC? I just wanna frag with you guys from time to time, and i need a mindless shooter that isn't utterly stupid (aka MW3, gonna get rid of that tomorrow).

Yeah envy - but get the limited edition if you are going to - you will get Back to Krackland Expansion for free - also there will be around a 5gig update when you first get online.

On a slightly different note - been looking at getting a copy for a while - how often do you blokes jump in and do some shootering?

P.S. I suck at FPSers... but really haven't spent ANY time online in anything other than HALO quite some time ago

But if you get it get a new Limited Edition if you can - this will cover your online pass and you'll get the "Back to Krackland" pack for free

This is a great game. Even with the DLC costing more than a new game just having the Limited Edition with Karkland is worth it. Still looking into the Premium... Tax time so might have it soon.

I don't see the point in buying the Full Kit Upgrades as you can earn everything pretty quickly anyway. I do find Hardcore faster paced, easier to get the kills (and be killed) but faster getting the points to get the upgrades.

I am trying to get the APEX Designs guys who play in the APEX platoon but most just want to go out and shoot stuff, lol.

As requested from some of the guys here, I have added another NGL Server that is the same as the current server but in Hardcore mode.

I picked up a copy of the Limited Edition with the Back to Crackland ( ) expansion, and am keen to get into it, I'll be on later tonight

Guys - do you play on PC or Xbox?

I'm thinking of getting this game. Not normally into shooters (not a fan of CoD), but this game looks good.

Xbox for all of us on the forum or at least the ones that have posted inhere.

Definately on Xbox. PC has way too many issues.

@Recoil - Yeah mate Hardcore server is at 300%. Changed Normal server back to 500% as it stayed empty. Now its full again lol.
