it was a joke in a race i was in a couple of days ago. i can think of quite a few commodores that look crap, some things people do to them are just crap.

and check out this thread i made, gives you some pointers about taking photos. as for making them look real, its all with the settings. just play around with them. took me a while to get good settings on mugello for the ferrari.

I mean, i could get some good ones in FM2, but i'm still struggling to find the sweet spot in FM3. I think i may have posted the right pics in the wrong topics by accident. I'll repost them here or something. I'll also get some of my best FM2 shots, on page 25 or something of my imageshack profile lol

I'm also an avid Halo 3/ODST and FSX photographer if you want to have a look at those

edit: Actually, i have a better idea, My 2nd gallery on FM.net. Its got some, but not all of my work.

yeah, it took me a while to get used to FM3's photo editor (believe it or not). i mean, look at my first photo, its pure crap;

thats actually a nice photo, its different, but in a good way. i like it.

and yes, your photo takes the cake (so far) as the worst first photo

Hey man that's great! Love how it's mid way through a donut, just how a 'stang should be driven! Going to be awesome with so many different cars and liveries on track, hopefully make for some fantastic photos... ay Mcrow? Ay, ay?

these looked bloody good on the TV but turned out crapola on the PC
i have yet to attain the clean crisp sharp image you pro guys keep churning out *sigh*

Try resizing the pics to cancel out T10's craptastic compression.

+1, i find that 600x338 is the best without being too small.

also n2o, lower the brightness and increase the contrast and see how you go. as i said in my tutorial, it will look different on your tv than it does on your pc monitor, its a matter of finding out the differences and ironing them out till you get the perfect photos.

I just resize the originals 50%, works for me.
